My Son Is On Quetiapine For Biopolar And Just Ran

My son is on quetiapine for biopolar and just ran out of his monthly prescription. The doctor won't return is call and the pharmacy says his next renewal is until March 29th. which doesn't seem right. He takes 1 pill a day. He didn't sleep at all last night and this is a fairly new diagnosis. I have concerns and explained he should have called this doctor much sooner. Can you take any sleeping pills to help him sleep. I am worried about how quickly that by not taking his pill for one night that he could not go to sleep.
