My Son Is One Year Old. He Was Born With

My son is one year old. He was born with a floopy larynx which he had surgery for at five months old. We also think he has a silent reflux. He doesn't eat well but it is getting better.
My worry is his bottom left rib is protruding? Do you think this is due to the breathing problems he had? If not what else can cause this? Any help I would be very grateful for.
