My Son Is One Year Old. With New Teeth He

My son is one year old. With new teeth he bite everyone surroundings..Yesterday he bite a person.
That person was bitten by dog a year back..After get bitten the person appraoch Govt hospital from where he recive 3 doses as injectioin. Doctor told him no need of further treatment.
Today that man and the dog is alive..wether my son will get rabies from that person ?
