My Son Is Suffering From Allergy & Severe Cold And

My son is suffering from allergy & severe cold and cough.. initially doc advised me to give him levolin syrup & atarax... but his condition is getting adverse so he suggested to nebulise him wid levolin .63mg & budecort. But these ate steroids i suppose should i giv him or there is any other alternate.. i want to know the side effects?
