My Son Is Suffering From Fever And Was Admitted To

My son is suffering from fever and was admitted to hospital 6 day before he is still in hospital .firstly he got fever after 4 hour .now fever appear after 12hour.docter is giving monocef 750 morning evening continually. Reports show there is no Vidal.my sons age is 4 year.when his temperature gone normal he play as Hi is absolutely normal.demand to eat something.is it Vidal which is not showing in reports.is monosef is right medicine ?is there any other medicine or any other test require plz tell me.firstly his reports show RBC 16 but fresh report show RBC 6.
