My Son Is Suffering From Vomiting Since Last Night. He

My son is suffering from vomiting since last night. He is having fever 103 F from today morning. I have given him calpol 250 mg 3 times 6 ml each and crocin ds 7.5 ml once at 19.30 hrs. Now he is suffering from fever 103.5 F. Shall I give him combiflame syrup 7.5 ml now? His weight is 21.5 kg.
