My Son Is Suffering From Watery Lose Motion 3-4 Times

My son is suffering from watery lose motion 3-4 times a day he is 3 years old and feeling of vomating doctors give him ofloxacin oral suspension ip and neolac forte and ondansetron oral solution ip
Please tell me is use ofloxacin oral suspension in this treatment. And is this right treatment for my son
