My Son Is Twenty Months And Has Had Several Issues

My son is twenty months and has had several issues this past month. Sinus infection, cough, red eyes, fussy, breathing problems when sleeping, stops breathing for ten to twenty seconds and at least four times every hour (possible problem since premature birth) and now has three to four flesh colored circles on his tongue. They appeared as two first yesterday, two more today and now seem to be blistering. He has also had slight fevers, sore feet (started today), had a seizure (last month) and stopped breathing turning blue and cold, and has been unusually tired. Wants to eat but ends up only picking at his food. Is currently on an antibiotic for the sinus infection. Also thrashes in his sleep and wakes up often in a panic crying and coughing but sounds more like a bark occurring only at night. Have a family history of sleep apnea also.
