My Son Is Two Years Old. Last Week He Was

My son is two years old. Last week he was fatigued, sleeping all day for 1.5 days. They could find nothing more than an ear infection. Fast forward, he was cranky last night, didn't sleep well. Kept swallowing like when you need to vomit. He has slept all day again. Both times he has been pale. I noticed this time he was sleeping on his hands but when I pulled them out from under him they were cold.
What is wrong with him?
