My Son Just Finished A Z Pack About A Week

My son just finished a z pack about a week ago for sore throat, fever and tooth infect. He now has sore throat with white spots, bright red tonsils, running a fever puss on back of throat and has developed a rash on his chest and upper back. Can you give advise
