My Son Just Returned From The Dominican Republic Today From

My son just returned from the Dominican republic today from a mission trip and has developed a fever. He's 19 & has complained of muscle aches, fever was 101.5 an hour ago gave him 2 Tylenol & started Azithromycin which was prescribed prior to the trip in case of sickness. His fever is now 102.5 should I take him to the ER now or wait for des' office to open tomorrow?
