My Son Just Turned 15 Years Old Yesterday. For The

My son just turned 15 years old yesterday. For the last 4-6 months he has been having horrible migraines nosebleeds and he just recently started randomly vomiting. Can you please help. I'm getting very worried. We initially thought he had a concussion from a football injury but the neurologist said that's not the case. He had all the scans at the hospital and every thing came back normal.
