My Son Kicked Me In His Sleep Just Over A

My son kicked me in his sleep just over a month ago. I sustained a pretty bad and swollen black eye. I no longer feel pain and the black eye is basically gone but I feel like I have a permanent black eye. The darkness under my right eye is much more pronounced than the other one. Will this go away?
