My Son (nearly 3 Years Old) Is Under Paediatrics For

My son (nearly 3 years old) is under paediatrics for sweating hands and feet. He's been prescribed meds to try for a month, anti allergy medicine twice a day and some granules once a day. He's complaining now of his feet being itchy/pins and needles and can't walk properly. I'm wondering if this is as a result of the sweating or could it be the meds?
