My Son Of 33 Has Had Diarrhea Since Last Night

My son of 33 has had diarrhea since last night with throwing up. This afternoon the nausea went away but he can't with running diarrhea, a low grade fever and has not peed since last night and he's been drinking water and gatorade. He has had some soup and kept it down.
