My Son Of 4 And 1/2 Year Old He Is

My son of 4 and 1/2 year old he is suffering from fever since 4 days i used p-250 for fever and taxim o forte twice in day.fever stopped bur after 1 day once again fever came.i got tested blood for widal and paracheck for malaria,widal was negative and p.vivex was found.now giving cinkona but sos fever comes once started taxim o forte how long taxim can be given.
