My Son Of 8yrs And 35kgs Is Having Fever Since

My son of 8yrs and 35kgs is having fever since 2days between 101-102 degrees. I have been giving him crocin suspension ds exceeding 4 dosage in 24hrs. Today morning he complained of stomach pain for which i gave him some home remedy. I live in Singapore and the haze was bad since few days. He had eaten in his school canteen the day before he got fever. Please suggest as to what to be done now?
