My Son Of Age 07 Years Has Got Lot Of

My son of age 07 years has got lot of small boils on his chest, back and some near the mouth since last 3 weeks. There is no pus and no itching. Doctor has given Tretin cream to apply on the boils at pinpoint at night and to keep it till half an hour. He has also given him LSDEW soap for bathing. But till now there is no improvement. Please help.
