My Son Owns A Pool Cleaning Business And Is In

My son owns a pool cleaning business and is in the sun every day and even tho he uses block I am concerned about his face as it is blotchy and red rash looking! He drinks beer and vodka quote often and Im concerned his liver could be causing this but not sure who to see a dermatoligist or who? Maybe you could help me! Thank you Carolyn
