My Son Plateaus On Seroquel After A Couple Of Months.

My son plateaus on Seroquel after a couple of months. It just stops working. His Dr. didn't seem believe us and wasn't sure what to do. He will start having psychosis and then eventually stops taking his medication because it no longer works. Any suggestions?
