My Son Received His Shots When He Was 4. He

My son received his shots when he was 4. He is starting school now 6 and they had said he need his shots. He received 2 Dtap and Varavax. To find out he didn't need them at all. Should I be concerned that he received double the dosage. Luckily the other 2 shots are on back order.
