My Son Recently Had Strep Throat/ Scarlet Fever, Yesterday I

My son recently had strep throat/ scarlet fever, yesterday I woke with severe joint pain mainly pelvic, no fever developed small red bumps on back of legs and knees. Last night had itchy small vesicle like bumps on the plantar aspect of both feet. Can take nsaid or Tylenol hells pain but feet are tender
