My Son Said He Took A Blue Vitamin He Found

My son said he took a blue vitamin he found by the couch. He is 3. My mother in law and my husband both take high blood pressure medication. I dont know when he took it, or if he actually took it at all. Is he in danger of having low blood pressure? He seems to be fine. Are there any alerts I should be looking for if he actually took something?
