My Son Scratched The Back Of His Head And It

My son scratched the back of his head and it started leaking. There is a large quarter-sized (almost half dollar size) hard lump there that looks raw. It doesn't hurt but it popped up out of nowhere and has grown rapidly. The liquid is clear. The lump is hard.
