My Son Seemed To Have A 24 Hour Bug. He

My son seemed to have a 24 hour bug. He threw up all night Saturday but still isn't eating as well but tonight his belly is bloated and hard and lots of movement. His virus did not come with diahrea. Am I waiting for a BM? He's not saying "ow" so I'm hoping he's not in pain. Would love any kind of help.
