My Son Started Having Chest Pain And Heart Palpations After

My son started having chest pain and heart palpations after being diagnosed with strep and after he finished antibiotic treatment they did the aos titer and his come back 1748 H when I got the results he was will having heart palpations and chest pain and his Dr referred him to a cardiologist but sent him home with no treatment. Is that normal?
