My Son Started To Make Odd - Involuntary Movements When

My son started to make odd - Involuntary movements when he is in the car seat, it is getting worse but he only does it in the car. If you give him a phone or object to occupy him, he stops. He also recently started blinking a lot and is obsessed with touching his ears and others. I am very concerned and have no clue what this could be. He has made the jerky movement 1 or 2 times at home while falling asleep, but now, its almost every car ride. Any ideas?
