My Son Started Will A Fever On Wednesday. He Has

My son started will a fever on Wednesday. He has cough and congestion and lack of appetite. Tylenol has helped with fever but it is still coming back after 4 to 5 hours. He is not achy but is sleeping more. does this sound like it is a cold or are these symptoms more flu like? He also has a mild sore throat that is not constant.
