My Son Stuck A Qtip In His Ear Yesterday And

My son stuck a qtip in his ear yesterday and it went to far. He cried for a few minutes and then he was fine and we resumed our evening. This morning he woke up with some dried blood in his ear but wasn't complaining about it. When he woke up from his nap a few minutes ago he said it was hurting. There's no new drainage of any kind. Should I take him to get looked at?
