My Son Swallowed A Quarter On Tues I Took Him

My son swallowed a quarter on Tues I took him to ER and they said he was really constipated and and the quarter was in his intestine and I saw it in xray but he has not passed it yet I have been giving him generlac for today will be 4th day and he has not passed quarter yet.
