My Son Tripped And Fell And Had A Cut On

My son tripped and fell and had a cut on his left knee last Friday,August 28th. I took him to the ER when he received about 48 stitches.He is currently taking Clindamycin.Yesterday his foot was swelling and on the stitches side the skin is getting darker everyday but with little blisters on the area.Today September 5th,some of the blisters have popped.Do I need to be concerned?
