My Son Was At The Pools Yesterday And Someone Dived

My son was at the pools yesterday and someone dived into the pool and hurt him just below his two eyes by his nose. Didnt notice it until this morning then he was fine. Its 11am and he started vomiting. Is it because of this bump. Its not big in size but if you look closely you can see a bump.
