My Son Was Burned On His Hip With Bio Side

My son was burned on his hip with bio side chemical 2 days ago. The area is gray and red around it. The blisters are soaking through his clothes then fill back up. He is afraid of going to the dr for fear that he will lose his job, as he got burned by this chemical at work. Can you please offer some advice. Thank you.
