My Son Was Feeling Pain In Legs And Fever Therefore

My son was feeling pain in legs and fever therefore our doctor suggested this test with results.
ASO Titer (Positive)
RA factor (Negative)
S. Uric Acid (3.9 mg/dl)
ESR (28 mm)
Doctor recommended Inj. Pancidura LA 0000 but i am worried about this please recommend better treatment without sides effect.
