My Son Was Given Uceris Samples Today For A UC

My son was given uceris samples today for a UC flare--without clear instructions. He took one pill at 3 pm. I just looked up instructions, and it says to take in the MORNING. Does it matter? Should he take tomorrow morning or wait until 3 o'clock? Also, he was told to take 1 pill a day for 30 days. Then he goes cold turkey? This is a corticosteroid!

I'm sorry. I didn't realize there was a cost involved. It's not much, but I'll call my local pharmacy.
