My Son Was Jerking And Twitching His Muscles During Sleep,

My son was jerking and twitching his muscles during sleep, everything started because of the wrong homeopathy medicine he took the day before. He got hiccups and seems it to be continue for a day so I asked my homeopathy doctor to give him some medicine , he said to give a medicine what he has given it for me to him. He has given me Alumina , Pelvorin (Combination pill by SBL pharma), hypericum 200, pulsatilla, mag phos, ars alb). By accident I think I gave him 4 pills of pelvorin / hypericum instead of mag phos since all medicine are in pouches without its name only the dose was written on top. The next morning while he was on bed ( sleeping) I noticed mild muscle movement in his butt (very light pull). The next day he complained about regurgitation after his breakfast. the third day he said his chest is paining. We took him to the pediatrician, he said might be pleura so asked us to get an x-ray. X-ray found to be normal. So went to cardiologist and found his heart is in good shape. Meanwhile in that hassle I forgot about the muscle movements and reported late to the pediatrician. He gave metal assay and blood routine and found out his "iron saturation"is very low only 8%( range (15-55%)hemoglobin is 12.5 and serum iron is normal. The Bun / creatinine ratio is 28 ( normal 9-27). But his serum Bun 13mg/dl and serum creatinine 0.46mg/dl are within the normal range. His serum glucose was 64mg/ dl ( range 65-99).This happenend 2 weeks before and pediatrician asked us to give iron supplement of 325mg and he coulnd take it, stomach pains a lot. so doctor asked us to give iron rich foods/redmeat). Meanwhile I contacted the homeopathy doctor he asked us to give rock salt, then Nux-vomica 60c one dose of 4goli. then asked us to give Cina200for 2-3 days. Still he is jerking and twitching his muscles, clearning his throat during sleep. Earlier he grinded his teeth too but he is not doing that. He is experiencing too much gas too. Everything happened because of me. Now the doctor told me to give ignatia200c 2 dose of 3 pills 2 hrs apart.
What is going on with him and how to cure him . One dose of homeopathy medicine will make a kid to undergo these many issues. I'm depressed and feeling guilty
