My Son Was On Geadon For Behavior, We Pulled Him

My son was on geadon for behavior, we pulled him off due to it wasn't helping and making him more aggressive. Now he is twitching bad. His dr gave him a pill to help with it so he can sleep but he is still twitching. Is that normal for h to do that his dr said she has never seen it from that pill. Just want a second opinion bc he has never acted like this coming off any pill.
