My Son Was Playing In A Basketball Game On Tuesday

My son was playing in a basketball game on Tuesday night and had his arm pulled back. He said he felt a "pop or "click". It was painful. It is better today after icing, anti-inflammatories. The clicking happens when he rotates his shoulder. There is a lump or bump on his spine of scapula and possible looseness in his shoulder joint. Pain is less and range of motion is getting better
