My Son Went To The Doctor To Find Out If

My son went to the doctor to find out if he has strep throat. The test was negative but he had all the symptoms. His tonsils are severely swollen and has a fever. His throat is very sore. The dr. gave him antibiotics. Tonight, the right tonsil started bleeding. Is this normal? He just had Strep two months ago. Should he see an ENT dr.?
