My Son Who Is 26 And Currently Working In Australia

My son who is 26 and currently working in Australia has just phoned me to say over the past 5 days he has been having pins and needles in his arm and has now spread to his leg. He is not registered with a doctor and not sure how the health care would work for him. He seems very upset and feels very alone as he had just split with his term girl friend. I am so worried as he is so far away and I can't do anything to help.
