My Son Who Is 28 Is Complaining Of Pain Radiating

My son who is 28 is complaining of pain radiating from groin and testicle down left leg, left side all the way to chest. Episodic in nature... bad tonight. Has seen primary and referred to urologist. Trying to determine if he needs to go to emergency room.
