My Son's Paeditrician First Gave Anrolite D Which Aggravated The

My son's Paeditrician first gave Anrolite D which aggravated the situation and he goes on with running nose and extreme cough through out the day. Then on query again she gave Ambrolite levo. My main concern is his cough which is making him weak with body pain and secondly this is persisting for almost 2 weeks. We got fluctuation of weather here in India , Kolkata and sometime sit is foggy, sometimes windy and sometimes low pressure with comparatively hot atmosphere.

Shall it give relief to my son?
