My Sons Bilburin Level Is 34. All Other Results Were

My sons bilburin level is 34. All other results were within range. They suspect Gilbert's syndrome. My problem is he is so tired sleeping most of the day, bad headaches and looks a little like Bart Simpson! This has now been going on for quite some time. We are keeping him hydrated and feeding him regularly but he doesn't seem to be improving. What should I do?
