My Son's Shoulder Keeps Popping When He Raises His Arm

My son's shoulder keeps popping when he raises his arm above his shoulder. He as wrestling and was put in an arm bar that hyperextended (almost like a chicken wing) and from that point, his shoulder started to pop. What could be the issue? How can we rectify the problem?
