My Special Needs Granddaughter 19 Yrs Old Has Kidney Failur

My special needs granddaughter 19 yrs old has kidney failur (25% function). What psychotropice drugs might be involved. I am a retired pharmacist and only know she has been on some drug. I do not live near her. She is in care at cleveland clinic. I just want to know which drugs might have caused such a problem. Thanks.
