My Spouse Had A Failed Angioplasty That Resulted In A

My spouse had a failed angioplasty that resulted in a heart attack with no damage. He was taken by ambulance to mt Sinai where they performed 3 stents that evening and another 2 a few weeks later. It's been a year now and I have noticed distinct changes in behavior such as anger, motorcycle craziness where he has fractured to ribs and short temperedness. He recently started a new job as a explosive dog handler. He has been in the military, decorated detective for the nypd, home land security and now this dog business at 60yrs old. He works ridiculous hours and we don't do anything together. It's like he's avoiding me every chance he gets. Always yelling. What's happening? He's on metapropal, brilanta and baby aspirin. Help!
