My Spouse Has A Skin Problem Which Is Pertaining To

My spouse has a skin problem which is pertaining to his fingers he has been to several M.D. And had one amputated they have give him a diagnoses of burger disease which some of the DR. He has seen agree with it and some just don't know !! Now we are beginning the cycle over again it starts out with discoloration to the ends of his fingers , they stay cool to touch , he has had dopplers , MRI in which show no signs of a blockage but with the veins being so small could this not be like a false positive reading and is there no treatment's to stop this disease from progressing before he has to lose all of his digital's and both of his hands . Is there anyone out there that can help him he has pain all the time but gets worse at night . Any M.D out there that we can have his PCP referral him to All and any help would be appreciated .(neurovasular surgeon )
