My Spouse Is Currently Involved With A Methadone Program, But

My spouse is currently involved with a methadone program, but his regular dr at theVA hospital also has him on 250mg of quetiapine, 45mg of remron, and 25mg of amitriptyline. He appears to be in a drug stupor all the time once he takes all this medication. He completed a rehab in November for detox of suboxone and now is on Meth. Is it safe to be taking all these medications together. Im not sure he is being honest with the physicians
