My Spouse Said After Our Children Were Born My Vagina

My spouse said after our children were born my vagina sits at an angle. What happen? How do I go about having it re-aligned? My first daughter was 8'12 and my second was 9'10, both were vaginal births. I was cut during both. The second child I had they allowed me to push only 4 times before they cut me. When I tried to push she would come out, by with the next push she would go back in. Will you please help me. God bless.
