My Started To Hurt On Thursday I Think Because Of

My started to hurt on Thursday I think because of the lights at work. It has not stopped hurting and it feels like there is something pulling my eye up and back. It feels very strained. Advil helps but does not release all the pain. Any advise on what it is would be great I am worried and think I should go to the doctor.
